We are new to Sarasota and just purchased a house in the UTC area. We needed to purchase enough floor tile we had to rent a truck to move it to our new home. The F&D team off Lockwood Ridge was so incredible! Jim in the tile department walked around with us for almost an hour explaining what products could work and giving us options that were really helpful. Dane T a manager and Erin M took the time to help us find solutions to moving what ended up being 6000 lbs. of tile product. This team was incredible and made a really stressful process easy and also made us feel welcome to our new home. GO TO THIS STORE!!! They will look after you! Erika and Dan deserves a handsome raise. They went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. When the CS actually had told me that I would only get my products in a month and half for the order I had placed weeks ago, Dan and Erika quickly responded and get the products shipped early so that I received them the next day.
