Late Friday afternoon away from home and no family support. Car will not start. I called Micky. He talk me through several steps to try starting the car. He diagnosed the problem to be a dead battery. He sent his son to jump start my battery. From the time I placed the call to me driving was less than 15 minutes. Micky is the best.
