    I am just now beginning to move my Mother into a unit here. The management team seem like great people to work with. Now to meet the neighbors, hoping they are all good and get my Mom settled in to live peaceful & happy here

    Halfway through my 18 month lease, have enjoyed living here and would highly recommend to any renter. The owners are friendly, keep you informed on maintenance and news, and create a sense of community. Apartments are a good size with high ceilings, outdoor decks, and are well taken care of (also build in 2014 so pretty new). Nice amenities (pool, fitness center) - hours got shrunk due to covid but that's no ones fault. This is also close to many attractions (Meadows casino/racetrack, Tanger outlet mall, restaurants, etc.) Pet friendly to 35 lbs.

    These apartments are gorgeous new builds! We've lived here for over two years on top of a very stable hillside, incredible view! We moved from another property owned by Metro because we love the exceptional management staff!! Management is always super responsive to any questions night or day! Quarterly replacements of air filters at a minimum with a notice of the replacement a few days before. Apartments are exceptionally clean! Super pet friendly! Just added a new dog park next to the pool! Always see at least 3 dogs and happy dog owners on walks several times a day. Pool is always clean (COVID Compliant!) and a fantastic temperature - LOVE being able to relax in it after a long day at work!!! Appliances are in good working order and stainless steel in the new quads (can't wait to move from our two bedroom into the quad) and comes with a heated garage (this is gonna be our gym!!!)!!! Right in the same complex as Planet Fitness, easy to walk there. And just down the hill, same complex, is 'Beer, Bacon, and Bourbon', Sweet Frog, Napoli's and other great restaurants! Also a day care! Only 5min down the road from Walmart, Giant Eagle, Olive Garden, Target and many more! Handicap parking in front of every apartment building and specifically designated spots for each quad with overflow parking close. You are close to the main road but NEVER hear the road traffic. Best complex I've ever lived in!! Great community!!! We LOVE living here!!! We love the staff!!! I always recommend this place to any friends looking to move to our around the Washington area!!!! Come check it out!!! You won't be disappointed!!!
