  Kinder Karate McMurray is a great introduction to karate. We were looking for a noncontact program, and I love how it is organized into age groups. They focus on karate, but more importantly learning to be good sports, have and show respect, and understanding character words like gratitude. My son loves going to class.

  My 4 year old son has take 4 classes in total so far and loves them. We as parents love the activities and lessons that are apart of the program. Not only is he learning karate but, great morals and discipline. Our son will definitely be in the program for a long time and hope some day our daughter will too when she is old enough.

  My son is going to be 4 yrs old in a few months and just started, needless to say we are so happy we found Kinder Karate! They teach way more than just marital arts techniques. There are life lessons and character building that as a parent, I feel are so important to incorporate in everything our children do. I cannot recommend this program enough to fellow parents.

  My 3 yr old son really enjoyed the demo class and asked to go again. The teachers are very nice and the class is customed to younger children which is rare with most karate classes.

  My daughter did Kinder Karate for about 2-3 years and now has moved up into ninjability. She has learned respect, confidence, building self esteem, eye contact, listening skills and much more. It’s not all about kicking and self defense. I look at it as more of a lesson on the skills to help her later on in life suck as being a leader and not a follower, respect for others, discipline, making the right choices even if it’s uncomfortable too, and last but certainly not least the responsibility and self control. Kara is wonderful with the kids and if they move up with her husband Paul into ninjability he is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this to any parent. My daughter is now in leadership classes where she helps teach kinder karate and has made strides in her life and some of them are definitely based off these programs.
