The first time was complicated, and I ended up dealing with the service manager, Mike Reed. Mike was incredibly helpful, and caring… he went out of his way to resolve my issues, at a fair price. He was honest, fair, and professional. And, he always returned my phone calls, and kept me informed!!! The second time, I dealt with Cindy. Cindy must have been trained by Mike; she truly exhibits the same professionalism and communication skills, that Mike possesses. Cindy was in constant communication; she was honest about a wrong part being ordered/received, and she was empathetic in my concerns over costs. She even reached out to the parts department, in attempt to match an online price. I am very impressed by the Washington Ford service department.
