  I have used BOA for many years now. What I do like is that they have lots of ATMs available and branches in the area. I don't know why but they don't sell money orders anymore so you have to get a Cashier's check or go somewhere else. The other thing is they charge for check registers when you reorder checks which I totally can't believe. I guess it's no longer good enough to have your money in a bank to get check registers. I realize most people are using debit cards, credit cards and bill pay now. I do that too, but there are times I use checks.

  I saw/heard a man verbally abusing the bank teller and also the manager when she came out (probably one of the negative reviews left here calling people "stupid"), they both were very calm and polite through the whole thing. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very sweet people working here, do not let these rude people sway you to think otherwise.

  So far I have had a wonderful experience with BOfA on beach. My banker, Nadia K is the best. Not only did she help me with my banking needs but. She went above and beyond to get me information on extra counseling I needed. I understand that some may have had a bad experience but, not all ppl are caring. Go see Nadia K she's awesome....
