(May 22, 2019, 10:59 am)I have experienced so many positive changes in the year and a quarter I've been practicing Pilates with Judy. I am so much stronger, I experience almost no knee pain anymore, I'm more flexible, I've gained back a half inch in height and my A1C has come down to within normal range. Judy is very attentive to and knowledgeable about the body and designs specific practice plans each session for whatever is happening in this movable feast of muscles, bones and psyche! I can't sing her praises enough!!!!

Judy makes sure her clients’ form is precise so they get the most out of each exercise. She also customizes her classes so everyone has a wonderful experience. I love taking Pilates with Judy!!!
