    Love Jillian and Dr. Downey. Have seen Dr. Reynolds interact with his patients while prepped for my procedure. I would certainly feel comfortable if he needed to see me because of scheduling matters. Both Jillian and Dr. Downey are excellent at listening to me, don't treat me like an uninformed patient. They give me all options they feel are appropriate and respect my final decisions.
