  Recently we needed to have our roof replaced. Two of my friends highly recommended ShingleMe, so we visited their showroom in Hamlin. Mike Graci (owner) explained the entire roofing process they use, and he also provided great visual aids and a wide assortment of roofing samples and answered all of our roofing and warranty questions. Within a few days a site visit was arranged and a estimate was provided. A follow-up appointment was scheduled and Mike explained in detail the entire estimate and contract. No money was to exchange hands until the job was complete. Before, during and after the roof replacement Mike stayed in contact with us. Informing us of when the roofing materials, dumpster and crew would arrive on site. The total job was completed in one day and the roof looks great. The crew's workmanship was exceptional, they were very friendly and ensured the site was cleaned up using rakes, gas blowers and a magnet sweeper before they departed. I can't think of one negative thing to report and based on our positive experience I would highly recommend ShingleMe! Thanks again to Mike and his crew for a job well done!

  Mike was very professional and easy to work with. The job was completed quickly (one day) and clean up was great. Very happy with my new roof!

  Had an issue with the dumpster in my driveway, brought it to their attention and it was resolved immediately. Love the work they did on my roof. Professional, courteous and fast! Will definitely give them the first shot for my siding. I could not be happier!

  Called ShingleMe after high winds took off several shingles. Mike came looking at visible damage, gave an estimate, then assured me that when conditions improved that they would schedule time to come out. A few days later, enough snow & ice had melted off roof to allow repairs. ShingleMe called & arrived with proper color roofing shingles, fixing roof. IN ADDITION they closely inspected rest of roof & chimney area. Flashing around chimney had also been damaged, that ShingleMe repaired. ShingleMe provided before & after pictures showing the repairs needed & made that were not visible from ground.
  I appreciated ShingleMe’s quick response, repairs, and that roof inspection that caught the flashing damage. Costs for repairs were reasonable and as expected.
  I was so satisfied that I’m planning on having ShingleMe install gutter guards and will be call Mike & ShingleMe for any future roofing issues.

  Brandon and the boys did an excellent job. They were very timely with the quote and when the thumbs up was given, they bang out the job in a day. I was away at the time so they texted me pictures of the progression throughout the day. The roof came out beautiful. They even repaired my chimney at minimal expense which saved me time, effort and money. They were very personable and customer service oriented. Thanks guys!!
