Wide Glides Bar & Grill

I just moved to PA from out of state over a year ago and pulled up here with my girl and some girl homies awhile back and we had a pretty chill time. Shouts out to Wide Glides Bar & Grill for a goodnight.

Great atmosphere, great food and a decent amount of activities to do. The big HD TV's they have are awesome. There sound system is really good and they also have Karaoke on some Saturday nights.

We went to this bar basically because it was one of the ONLY places open in Belle Vernon for Thanksgiving (we decided to do an unconventional Thanksgiving this year). It is a cute little place that was also one of the few places I've come across in the past few years that had smoking indoors. As a former smoker, I can't say this was an attractive feature for me, but some may.

So it didn't seem like people order food that often there, but when the bartender came over to take our orders, he assured us he makes a pretty mean burger, and that he did.
Fried pickles and fried Mac and cheese bites are good bar food options too.

All in all, it was a good overall experience of fried food, cigarette smoke, drunken jibber-jabber background noise, electronic darts, and a gal operating the jukebox with a pretty respectable palette of Nirvana, Primus, and Pink Floyd. It certainly beats an awkward gathering of family around a table arguing about Trump and the deep-seated racism that has been ever present in America even up to this day.

Great bartenders....but WATCH your Debit/ Credit slip. I kept my copy and looked at my Bank account...That $15.75 jumped to $65.75..Gave her a $5.00 tip.from $10.75. So it jumped to a $50 tip. Guess who is getting a friendly little call when they open up !

Casey was the bartender...she's so beautiful! Made me excellent drinks all night and was so friendly with myself and my friends, as well as everyone else. I will absolutely go back just to see her!
