I recently got chin liposuction and a chin lift because I was always self conscious about my jawline and I cannot say enough about how INCREDIBLE Dr. Alexander was. If you are at all on the fence about what doctor to see or to undergo a procedure, it is so so so worth it. Dr. Alexander and all her staff are phenomenal and have great bedside manner. I have never felt more confident thanks to Artisan Plastic Surgery.

Dr. John is amazing! I’ve gotten two procedures done (breast implants and eye brow lift) I couldn’t be any happier about his work! I would definitely recommend him to everyone, his staff is caring as well.

My lower facelift was done on May 25th 2022 and I couldn't be happier. After having consults with 4 plastic surgeons within the Pittsburgh area and prices ranging from $8,500 to $37,500. All were very professional and answered all my concerns. The most expensive wanted to do a complete facelift & if I would schedule the surgery within 2 weeks the price would be dropped to $30,000. The reason I went with Dr. John's was do to his easy manner in the consult, convenience, office staff and price. Mending progressed as Dr. John explained with no surprises. There is still some dumbing in front of my ears and under my chin, which was expected. My final & 6 week office visit was yesterday. I would not hesitate to have more work done by Dr. Johns.

Dr Johns is the absolute best! He is very nice, he listens to what you have to say without be judge mental and he makes you feel 100% comfortable. The ladies in the office are so nice and friendly when you walk in. I have emailed Laney multiple times and she always gets back to me within 24 hours. My procedure went great and on a scale of 1 to 10, my pain level never went over a 2. I highly recommend Dr Johns and his staff.

Dr. Johns is amazing! His bedside manner, and how thorough he is by making sure your happy is why I chose him for breast augmentation surgery. Very happy with my results. My scars look amazing, at 6 months post op they are barely visible. Also, the rest of the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Any questions or concerns after surgery, they were very easy to communicate with and get me in quickly.
