Was in the market to get new flooring done in my living and dining room. Just to give you an idea my room sizes where 12x17 and 11x11. Contacted Molyneaux and Larry Lint for estimates. Molyneaux came in extremely high (and that's after they told me it 30% off and an extra $200 for having them do an in home estimate) and by that i mean double of what LL quoted me. I have nothing against Molyneaux but being a single independent, it's hard to justify spending double the amount. Not only that, Larry Lint provided me with an itemized breakdown on the quote so I knew what the costs where, while Molyneaux gave me a flat number. My family has used LL most of my life and with this being my first home I decided to give them a chance as well. I went with the Shaw Classico Antico Vinyl and I couldn't me more happy. LL even came a week earlier than scheduled which worked out for me as I work from home. Arrived on time at 830 AM and ripped up the carpet and everything with it along with the laminate in the dining room. They had a three man crew that acted professionally and got the job done just before 5PM as planned, in & out. Did an excellent job with the reducers as well as shoe mold to finish it up. I would highly recommend them for future jobs. I have a few pictures added. Unfortunately i know the before is kind of already a mess in terms of moving the furniture but just wanted to give an idea as to what the space looked like previously.
