This was my first time there and the lady that was supposed to help me called off. Instead of sending me home Kevin helped me get set up with my cpap. Kevin was so nice and helpful.
Lisa was great. Sent a picture I'd and confirmation prior. She arrived in the stated window. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question that I had. She thorough went through the process and made me feel very comfortable with the new equipment.
Lisa was very patient with me. She could tell that I was very apprehensive when it came time to trying on masks to the point she stopped and allowed me time to regroup. She explained everything step by step in terms that I understood and answered all of my questions.
Mai was truly delightful as well as very knowledgeable re: Pap equipment. She made what could have been difficult into an truly enjoyable experience. If you want excellent customer service simply hire more people like MAI!!!!🦊🦊🦊🦊
