While we did not use this company, we were given very useful advice. The individual who answered my call was very friendly and pleasant. In the event we are in need of these services in the future, this is the business we will choose due to the overall experience we encountered at this time.
I was panicked because I thought I blew my engine in my car. I called Nick for a tow and he was there in a very timely manner. He took a look under my hood and found out what the problem was and fixed it right there and then. He was very professional and helped me out a lot. It's hard to to find good people nowadays, but he definitely is one of them!
Nick came out to help us when our car was stuck in the snow. He was able to get us out and was very kind and helpful. He led us out to a main road and advised us how to drive on an extremely icy road.
Came to help us late last night when we were stranded. Nick was personable and professional. I felt such relief right away as he knew what the problem was immediately. He fixed the issue promptly and took extra measures to keep us safe. He and his wife exceeded our expectations, and while it was certainly no fun getting stranded late at night, we are glad we discovered NICKS AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING. We will be taking our vehicles to him for inspections and all our future needs. Also, we felt the price was very reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend this trustworthy business!
