Anna subbed for Alice yesterday morning and her class was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the strap work.
Lindsay held a wonderful class which flowed like a beach day with strong gusts; challenging and really needing your own wind. To then slow and subtle lengthening and calming poses. Very worth it
i have been going to Inner Strength for years. There are a variety of classes and instructions so everyone can find what is right for them. You will never regret taking a yoga class there.
I love this studio so much! It was my first yoga experience and I was so sad to move away, the environment is very calming and the instructors were knowledgeable and patient. Hope I can go back soon!
