#1 Cochran Toyota

First off I am a true believer things happen for a reason. My husband and 19 year old daughter originally stopped at the monroeville location to look at a car, upon leaving that dealership he accidentally went the wrong way to come home and we live 1 1/2 hours away, found out that #1 Cochran had a Toyota dealership up the road where he was turning around, so he decided to just to stop and look. Upon arrival David Divittorio greeted them and talked to them about a Toyota Camry that my daughter spotted in their lot. She loved it, test drove it. She came home to talk to me about it and we proceeded with the purchase. During the whole process David was phenomenal!!!! It was so easy being 1 1/2 hours away and doing everything via email and phone. When we arrived Thursday evening to pick it up we met with Charlie and he was just as phenomenal!! These two employees made my daughters first purchase a great memorable experience and we will definitely be back in the future!! Thanks again guys!!

Chad was excellent with us the whole way through the process. Also the finance department was very well organized and clearly explained every single thing to me and every single option to me. Everyone was very patient and kind and I felt as though I could trust everyone I worked with here (normally I’m not one to easily trust people but I could tell everyone was up front here). Everything about my experience with trading and buying was perfect. This dealership is not inflating prices on their new Rav 4 hybrids like a lot of places and I commend this dealership for taking the high road and doing the right thing.

I can't explain how amazing this dealership and Chad our salesman really are. During this crazy time where literally EVERY Toyota dealer in Pittsburgh is marking up MSRP on trucks, this dealership is the only one not doing so. I've literally researched and called at least 50 dealers within the TRI state area and also one in Florida where I used to live. #1 Cochran is truly an upstanding business and after such an amazing experience with Chad, I'll only purchase my vehicles from him. I also own a business and will be switching our fleet choice to this dealer as well. Don't waste your time with other dealers, this is the only place to go if you want a dealership with integrity. Just think about this for a second. This dealership cares so much about their reputation that they refuse to markup a truck that they could easily make an additional $10-15k on. That's integrity.

Word of mouth they say is the best form of advertising my local Toyota dealer that I purchased a 2017 Tacoma and a 2018 Highlander treated us like strangers when we tried to purchase a new 2022 Toyota Tundra TRD Sport 4x4 Crew Cab.
