One word…OUTSTANDING. These guys saved the day. They came fast, fixed the problem and charged me a fair price. Will definitely use again if I ever need plumbing help.

I had a gas leak and my gas was shut off on a pretty cold day. I called my warranty company and they sent out Geiger plumbing. They came same day even though it was a Friday afternoon. They dug up only what was necessary, called the gas company to turn the gas back on, waited the 2 plus hours it took for the gas company to turn the gas on and filled up my yard to the best of their ability. They made a horrible situation a million times better.

I have to say this was one of the best experiences that I've had from the first interaction to the last. Nancy was delightful to speak with and got someone out here as quickly as possible with friendly updates along the way. Mike was amazing and had the issue fixed in no time. Outstanding service! The team at Geiger plumbing responded quickly to my request to repair a complicated gas line leak. They went “above and beyond” my expectations! They did the job quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

We have used Geiger Plumbing twice in the 6 years we have lived in our home. Both times were for service on our hot water tank. First time was to replace the gas control valve and the most recent was to stop and fix a leak from the pipes coming into the water tank. Both times the tech that was sent out was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The techs were not working for an extraordinary amount of time. They knew what they were doing and got the jobs done in a reasonable amount of time. The tech this most recent time even went out of his way to provide a recommendation on a warranty company to contact due to the age of our water tank. My only draw back this most recent time was that I was not contacted to let me know that my appointment had been put on the schedule and that the tech did not call when he was on his way like I was told he would. He was already in the area so it really is not that big of a deal. I will definitely recommend Geiger Plumbing to friends and family who are in need of plumbing assistance.
