Dr. Herzig and her entire staff were wonderful. They all balanced discussions with my son and me very nicely. I know sometimes the child isn’t included in the conversation, but not here. She explained the process and results to him in a way that was very comforting yet informative. I highly recommend this office for your child’s vision needs!

I have been coming to the Rostraver office for some time now and I just felt the need to give the front desk lady Angela the recognition she deserves. Every phone call and encounter with her is so pleasant and comforting. She is also sweet to my children. I have been in a few times now during the Covid pandemic. I've noticed that Angela is always working alone. Despite taking calls, temperatures, dealing with angry patients, cleaning, and all of the other behind the scene work she never seems to be upset or stressed. She always maintains her cool and stays professional. Everett & Hurite I hope you know just what a great employee you have in your company! Thank you Angela for your hard work!

Have been dealing with a blocked tear duct for some time. Dr. Kent stretched it out and put me on eye drops. The next step would have been to open the duct a little wider by a little snip, but thankfully the stretching did the job! Personal. Detailed. Nice staff. Nice new check in via mobile phone. No one wants to go to the doctor, but it is nice when it's a great place like this one was!

This office has been wonderful in dealing with my son's cataract. Dr. Kent did the surgery and was kind, compassionate, and fully explained what was happening in terms we all understood. Would definitely recommend!
