My family was in desperate need of a new lawn mower, and after doing some research on what we wanted to buy, we found Three Rivers. My father and I went down yesterday morning, walked through the doors, and were immediately greeted by John. He asked us what we were looking for, and we explained our situation. John took us to a beautiful Husqvarna mower, and we instantly fell in love with it. He described all of the features and gave us a lot of information about them.
We decided that we were going to buy the tractor, and that's when we met Joe. Joe was awesome too! He gave us an amazing deal on the tractor, made sure that we had the owner's manual (apparently Husqvarna doesn't print them anymore), and even gave us a toy for my nephew! They filled the tractor with a full tank of gas, and followed us home to deliver it. All in all, this is the best experience that I have had at any store that I have ever been to. A HUGE thank you to John and Joe for helping us pick a quality product and their kindness and top notch customer service. I highly recommend Three Rivers!
UPDATE: I found out that a pin was missing from the parking brake system. I called, and John drove to my home and put one on within 30 minutes, and gave some extras! Bar none, best experience I could ever have!
