Jason and John were excellent. Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. They remodeled our bathroom (replaced tub, surround, vanity, plumbing) From the initial estimate, to the final product, they explained the process before during, and after. They worked very hard, and gave us a beautiful finished bathroom! We would recommend them to anyone!

Jason and John had done electrical service for us previously. We had been impressed by their professionalism and hard work. We then needed a new furnace air conditioner and misc. plumbing done ( running new gas and water lines for new appliances. ) They came out for an estimate, we accepted and work was scheduled. It took 3 days to complete all of the work. They were very hard working and professional through out all of the glitches an old house can throw at you . It was wonderful to work with them. With an old house we will have more work that needs done and Built Right Concepts is who we will call.

Our furnace began to die in the middle of winter so we called to try and get it replaced as soon as possible. They installed it three days later which is much faster than we could have ever hoped. All the contractors were polite and courteous and had the furnace put in and the old one taken out in the just a couple hours. Overall their service was better than even my highest expectations and the price was great.

Where can I start? The communication, early start time, friendliness, professionalism, fees, suggestions, explanations, and quality of work is simply "outstanding". I felt like I was on a pedestal my project was their main priority from start to finish. I can finally call my house a home. From hooking up appliances, installing kitchen cabinets, hot water tank, wash tub in basement, bathroom sink, fire place, painting, electrical outlets, plumbing, carpet, and extra amenities (just from their kindness): a creative window frame, back splash on the ceiling, new kitchen door with cute stopper and extra electrical outlets. The extra amenities really meant a lot to me. I can't complement Jason and John enough. I am truly thrilled, joyful, tearful, satisfied, happy and can't stop looking at my gorgeous kitchen. Jason and John replaced a defective part on my furnace on 11/5/2020. The price they charged was substantially less than the furnace repair company that I used in the past. They worked quickly and efficiently and my furnace is working perfectly now! I asked them to perform all of the future maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit and was happy that they agreed to do so. Both Jason and John were upfront about price and service and true to their words. They were also friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing and why it had to be done.
