The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean and neat and plenty of parking. If I ever need physical therapy again, this is where I will go and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their services!

My insurance is under Craig's name. I finished about 7 weeks of therapy at Nova Care in West Newton for a rt. reverse shoulder implant. The therapist there were over the top with skill,knowledge,and kindness. They were so professional and always having a kind heart for my wellbeing. Kudos to you all. For instance, when I first walked through the door I was greeted immediately by each employee. In addition, I continue to come here months later and I still get greeted the minute I walk in just as if it was my first day. The amount of care and time each and every employee puts in here makes my visit fun and worthwhile. I have made tremendous progress since coming here. Therefore, I give this facility and staff a 5-star most importantly because of the character and interactions the employees have and how much their treatment has helped and improved me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Variety of exercises and more are added as the visits go by. Always started my visits with heat and end with ice. Always explain and demonstrate each exercise and tell what area is being strengthened. Facilities are clean and plenty of parking available.
