I also got chance to meet Mr. Palmer, the boss, who probably has forgotten more insurance stuff than some agents know. He explained the variety of services their agency offers and he did it in a way a person off the street could understand. I can suggest that anyone needing help in this topic would find it worth it to visit them. Mr. Palmer even took me outside to point out features of local homes and the kinds of issues a home owner could face. And it was cold today, without a coat he was still full of enthusiasm to help. “I received the "On the rocks" package as a Christmas gift and went this past week. The salon is gorgeous and has a very luxurious and relaxing vibe with one of my favorite spots being the island/tiki themed pedicure area. The building was super clean and all the staff members were very friendly and professional. My massage and facial (by Courtney) were fantastic and I felt so relaxed after the treatment! I would recommend Lavish Trends not only because of the wonderful day of much needed pampering that I received but because of their outstanding service and friendly environment. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I went to this branch at around 10:00am on a Saturday. I don’t have a TCF account but the personal check I cashed was written off of a TCF account. A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”

“I love Groveway. I found them in 2015 when my friend needed help choosing a vet to take her senior cat to say goodbye. I had never been in the room for a euthanasia before and I was very nervous, but needed to be there to support my friend. The entire staff was so compassionate and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They really created a peaceful environment and they handled everything with so much grace that it really felt very beautiful. I have been taking my own pets there ever since. They also helped me have a peaceful goodbye with my first dog, what could otherwise have been a dark experience, was handled with such care. They even created a paw impression for us, which was very special. I have been taking all my animals to Groveway since 2015. My two cats and my other senior dog that has major oral surgery with them as well. I could not give Groveway and their staff higher praise or recommendation. Their new veterinary, Dr. Sip, is wonderful. And crazy enough, she specialized in exotics, which saved my friend's chinchilla who really was on the brink. Everyone at this hospital is incredible, your pets will be in the best hands. ?”
