“I went to this branch at around 10:00am on a Saturday. I don’t have a TCF account but the personal check I cashed was written off of a TCF account. A young Asian man (had a tattoo on his arm) couldn’t have been nicer. He cashed my check, asked what denomination bills I’d prefer, counted the money out to me and thanked me. I’m not even one of their customers I was not charged a fee for this service, despite not having an account with TCF. I’m thinking about changing banks. Excellent display of what customer service should be.”

“They always have what you need and the people working there are friendly and helpful! There’s one lady there, I’m not sure if her name, but she’s tall and has short blonde hair and wears beautiful makeup and wears long pretty nails. She helps me tremendously every time I go there, she carries my items out to my vehicle for me because my hands are always full carrying my children! And she went into the back and got an item for me that I really needed that wasn’t put out on the shelf yet. She’s very sweet. She goes above and beyond and the world needs more people like her!”

“Carol Lynn was a saving grace for me. She listened to everything I had to say during our sessions and helped collaborate to find the best course of treatment. I went in with no opinion or idea on how to overcome my issues and she let me know that I was in full control of my recovery. She didn’t force any certain kind of treatment on me (including medication) and we tried different forms of therapy until we found one that worked best for me personally. “I love Groveway. I found them in 2015 when my friend needed help choosing a vet to take her senior cat to say goodbye. I had never been in the room for a euthanasia before and I was very nervous, but needed to be there to support my friend. The entire staff was so compassionate and empathetic. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. They really created a peaceful environment and they handled everything with so much grace that it really felt very beautiful. I have been taking my own pets there ever since. They also helped me have a peaceful goodbye with my first dog, what could otherwise have been a dark experience, was handled with such care. They even created a paw impression for us, which was very special. I have been taking all my animals to Groveway since 2015. My two cats and my other senior dog that has major oral surgery with them as well. I could not give Groveway and their staff higher praise or recommendation. Their new veterinary, Dr. Sip, is wonderful. And crazy enough, she specialized in exotics, which saved my friend's chinchilla who really was on the brink. Everyone at this hospital is incredible, your pets will be in the best hands. ?”

The menu is vast for a gas station chains restaurant and the quality of food is amazing. The staff is very professional and we enjoyed the food.”
