I bought a vehicle "AS IS" and as I was leaving, he had a concern about the battery so instead of sending me on my way, he called Advaced Auto's and got me a new battery (at no cost to me) He had one of his guys follow me to Advance Auto's and change the battery out for me. Returned in June and spoke with Scott and he was again very helpful and patient. Didn’t push us to buy anything, only offered helpful advice. We bought a sectional that day, came out cheaper than the tag price in store (and $200 cheaper than competitor sale price). We were given a time frame of around 2 weeks. Couch came into the store exactly in 2 weeks and he had it delivered the following day on time. Scott was clear and prompt with all my communication via calling/texting. The bad reviews had me a little worried but everything went so smoothly and we are happy with our purchase!”
