It's gets a 4 from me only because of the two workers that assisted us Saturday. John and Bill were beyond awesome. Top notch employees, helpful and efficient. However be aware if you don't have your camera card, you can not get one on a Saturday at this location. Pictures only! Had to make a quick trip To Northeast Title and cost an extra $25.00 on top of renewal fee. Then returned to get picture taken.
If you have your ducks in a row, your experience will be just fine.
Renewed my Cdl picture license. In and out no problem. People where very Courteous. Most problems people experience at Dmv are self induced.
Contrary to what other people have said about this place, I found that the people who work there are pretty nice. Expect to wait a long time though - it took me 1.5 hours to get my license transferred and to have my picture taken. The problem is their limited hours, they're only open Friday and Saturday and so everyone rushes there when they can.
