Beautiful store, very nice owner and associates.
So glad I found this spot. Been driving by it everytime I come to see my parents (and fishing). And it's right up the road from the Brogue store!
Smoked chicken breast is somehow extremely moist and exceptionally flavorful. Smoked porkchop is like a sweet smoky thing that's both chop and country ham. GET ONE! Ham salad is great. All three of the bolognas are among the best you can buy. They got smoked cheese with is great..little baked goods that are great. Haven't even tried my tiny little ham but I'm positive it'll be great.
Protip: buy the things that are in the little smoked cheesecloths. They are legitimately awesome. Smoky flavor but also a nice salty sweet (brine?) backbone.
