  Visiting family in Red Lion (from Denver CO), so we headed here to get something for the grill. This place is an institution. Service, selection, price, and shop appearance were absolutely on point. There is no reason NOT to support this business. I’m going to stop by again before we leave town. Absolutely worth your hard earned dollar.

  Purchased a selection of their sausages, with the applewood being my favorite.
  Applewood IS my favorite before I went & they maintain nice quality, very nice flavors and a good interpretation of what sausages should be.
  
  The staff is friendly & hey...it's local business.
  
  We're planning on using Sechrist for regular purchases of beef cuts very soon.
  Every selection we purchased is exceptional.

  It's the premier butcher shop around. Has a great selection of premium cuts of beef and all your cooking needs. Famous for their smokes hot dogs. I love the fresh cut steaks. Great staff and great location just a few feet from the Dallastown square. Don't buy your meat at the department store buy it here.
