  Neil is the best & I have loved working with him over the years! Whatever the pest may be he knows how to handle the issue quickly & effectively. We had "town ants" (that is what I called them) that would come & go. I would put a store bought trap out when they got bad but the ants never completely went away. Then they got really bad. I could see where they were coming into the house in a line. So I looked online for a small local business & contacted Neil.
  
  He inspected the house & it turned out we had a mouse problem too (which wasn't surprising as we had found a dead one in the air duct a few weeks prior, EW). We created a plan of attack & got on the quarterly maintenance program.
  
  He respected ALL of my concerns: a young child, a small old dog, chemical phobia & all that was important to me. Now I recommend him to everyone! My mom, other family members & friends all chose him for their needs as well. Thank you for everything Neil!

  We had yellow jackets nesting INSIDE of our dormer in bonus room over our garage ....
  Tried to find a Pest Control service who was willing to come out on a weekend (Sunday). Focus Pest control (Neil) did just that and stopped the bees dead in their tracks. He even followed up to ensure the little buggers didn't come back! We appreciated his service and would recommend him without reservation.

  I wouldn’t use anyone else!
  
  He’s been out twice for a mouse problem (once over a year ago and then again today) and he is so kind and detailed.
  
  We have a dog and he makes sure to put the traps and bait where our dog can’t get to them, and is generally just a really great person to work with.
  
  He treats for the level of problem you have and doesn’t try to upsell or do more than is required to effectively control your pest problem.
  
  Quick response time - we called early in the morning (after a mouse fell on our oldest son!) and he was here the same day.

  Neil was amazing. I called explained my issue. He came out on a day he didnt have to explained everything and fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Amazing down to earth n friendly. Thank you so much...God bless you.

  I hired Focus Pest control to handle both mice in my house as well as fleas that had been brought in from pets. Not only was Neil incredibly friendly and professional, but he kept up with all of my somewhat annoying needs. I wanted the fleas gone as soon as possible and he accommodated to make sure that happened! 100% please with the business overall and very grateful to Neil for helping me control the issues.
