  We were getting ready to head out for week long trip and found that I misplaced my hitch (long story that didn't end well). I needed a specific head and shank for a Reese twin cam trunnion 12k WD system. After calling two Camping World locations (Harrisburg and Hanover...both said they would call back and only Harrisburg did) and getting the run around....Gayle Kline and Ben's RV only stocked the less expensive set ups. I called Harbolds and spoke to a live person...PTL. The gentleman took the time to find out what I needed and actually broke up a complete set to sell me what I needed. I went right over to get the set up and there was a bit of confusion as to how the sale was handled since he was breaking up a set, but the gentleman I spoke with cleared things up and got us going. Parts were a direct replacement...he knew what we needed. I probably paid a bit more than an online retailer...but I was in the "need it now" situation....and they had it. Very thankful!

  LIFE SAVERS!!!!WE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS ON OUR TRIP. HAD MOBILE SERVICE COME OUT AND PAID $200 AND IT LASTED HALF HOUR THEN LOST ALL COACH POWER AGAIN. THROUGH GOD'S GRACE AND THE OWNERS WHO FIT US IN (TRAVELING WITH 2 GREAT DANES AND 2 GRANDKIDS) THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM WITHIN A COUPLE MINUTES.. PRAISE God. Trip saved

  Very helpful and knowlegeable people here. One stop trailer and RV service and sales. Glad i found this place. Had whole trailer rewired , new plug and lights. Looks Great. Ty even pricing was awesome!!!
