  I cannot say enough about how wonderful the vet, tech's and even the front desk people were when I took in my cat Willie. He was very sick and after years of living with one useful kidney he succumbed to end stage renal disease. They treated him with kindness and dignity as he passed. It was a terrible day for me but their care and kindness meant the world to me.

  One of the best Vet offices I have been to! They have rooms with window perches for cats. My cat loved sitting there watching the birds! It was the only way to make her happy during her visits. The staff are very kind, professional, and great with the animals. I couldn't ask for better people.

  I have been going to the West side for over 30 years and I love it. They are so friendly and caring. They treat your pet and the owner with respect and compassion if needed.

  You can really trust this hospital with your pet. Everyone is nice, kind, and professional. When your pet has a procedure done they call you at home to see how your pet is doing and if you have any questions. The doctors take a lot of time with you and your pet. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

  I have been a client at Shiloh Veterinary Hospital West since 2004. I would never take my dogs anywhere else. They are caring and compassionate as well as thorough and knowledgeable. When my dog Yogi was diagnosed with cancer is 2018, Dr. Schneider guided us through referrals to specialty hospitals and was there with us at the end of his life. He is now the vet of choice for our new puppy Ranger. Shiloh is the best!
