  I have had trouble with Wells Fargo for months now, fraud incidents etc. My boyfriends dad suggested I go to Santander, who has great customer service. Montre (teller) and Seth Asante (branch manager) greeted me when I first walked in with a huge smile on their faces. Montre and Seth both offered me fresh coffee right away as they asked me how my day was. As I was being helped, I noticed both Montre and Seth greeting every customer. It was an at-home feel! Seth helped me right away with sharing his knowledge of banking products. He took his time without any fuss or frustration. Seth did everything he could to help me open an account and fit my needs with my finances. Thanks Santander for hiring these two bankers, I’m so excited to be a part of this! I highly recommend everyone in town to come open an account here!!

  I visited the santander branch in Manchester branch and the team members were extremely amazing as compared to the other branches. The manager by name Seth Asante welcomed me at the branch with a smile and said happy Monday. He asked me what assistance can he offer me. I told him, I was making a deposit. He then walked me to the teller line with a smile. He mentioned my name the entire time and asked me if there's anything bothering me about my account or my finances. I said to him no. He then gave me his business card and said if there's anything he can assist me. He walked me to the door and made banking easier for me. Thank you Seth Asante .

  My wife and I met with Seth this weekend to open a new checking account. We could not have had a better experience. Seth was awesome!!! So friendly and welcoming. He introduced us to Elsie, the assistant manager, who was also just as friendly. The overall experience was a pleasure. They treat you professionally and have everything you could want/need in banking. And answers to any questions you may have.
  I highly recommend this Santander bank and staff to everyone.

  I walked into the branch to make a deposit for my aunt, as I visited the area. When I walked in, there was a gentleman by the name of Seth, who introduced himself as the branch manager. I was surprised by the hospitality given to me as I never experienced this inside a bank. As I walked inside, he opened the door for me and greeted me with a very warm welcome. He explained what I could benefit from choosing Santander. I did not come to open an account, but after my conversation with Seth I was convinced that I should open an account due to the great customer service. I saw Seth deal so kindly with the other customers it left me a lot to think about. Upon finalizing my deposit, he treated me with the same kindness he gave all the customers that was there. I've noticed he often escorts the customers out of the branch and opens the door for them. I want to congratulate the leader who enabled Seth to lead the branch. I've noticed over the years that several managers have been there in and out, and Seth is unique with the hospitality he offers customers. I hope that Seth can remain there as I feel he is a good fit for the community. His behavior and kindness towards customers, is truly exceptional.
