  My nephew told me about his experience at Kay Chiropractic. He raved about the service and how good he feels. So I decided to give it a try and Im so glad I did. Both Doctors are knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and as an added bonus they are both funny! Very relaxing environment. Highly recommend!

  Had my second visit tonight and I’ve been super impressed. Very knowledgeable doctors and staff. I feel a difference in my body already. I love their natural approaches and they take the time to talk with you and explain things in detail. I’ve had back pain for years and tonight they discovered that a bulging disc is the issue. It was such an easy technique done to discover it and “put” it back into place. Instant relief! I’m looking forward to more healing in other parts of my body. Would definitely recommend.

  I started going to Dr. Kay back in the spring. I am 34, and at the time I was not able to get out of bed in the morning without taking some kind of Aleve, Motrin or Tylenol at least 1/2 hour before. My joints were all inflamed making it very painful to move around. I had also been having DAILY migraines or severe head aches for a couple months with no relief, and struggle with carpel tunnel in both wrists. I could barley function at home or work. I had no energy, brain fog, and felt like an over all mess physically. I thought something was seriously wrong with me.
  
  I started looking into holistic healthcare options because I knew something needed to change, but I did not want to be put on any medications, which I KNEW would be most Dr's initial response. I was pursuing another holistic office near my home when a dear friend told me about Dr. Kay... not only was he cheaper, but the reviews on his website floored me. I was really willing to try anything! I had changed my diet and tried so many other ways of getting better, but nothing stuck.
  
  I am now able to say that I am jumping out of bed in the morning with NO PAIN and very rarely do I get even a head ache!! I have more energy and don't even think about how hard life was only the beginning of this year. I feel so good, I almost forget how bad off my body was. He told me the very first time I went that I would feel like a new woman in a couple months.... and indeed I do!! They continue to help manage my carpel tunnel to keep the flare ups down. I am hoping with longevity this will dissipate like everything else has. I am truly amazed at how far I've come in such little time.
  
  I am SO grateful to the team at Kay chiropractic & Natural Health Care for helping me get my life back. I am now, one by one, taking my kids and partner in so that they too can be rebalanced and make sure they are at their optimal health.
  
  If you are on the fence about trying Dr. Kay... just go for it! You won't regret it.

  I have used a number of chiropractors over the past 40 years. It was almost by accident that I found Dr. Kay's practice in Hanover over 3 years ago while I was working in Hanover. Far and away he is THE BEST chiropractor that ever worked on me! Generally I only go for an adjustment when I'm hurting. But, every time that one visit to Dr. Kay resolved the problem. My experience with other chiropractors was partial relief, and schedule another appointment in about a week. While the prior chiropractor I used is only 12 miles from my home, I'll gladly drive the 30 some miles to Dr. Kay's practice in Hanover.
