(March 14, 2019, 4:59 pm)Wish I could give them a higher rating. Putting my daisy down was one of the hardest days of my life! Loyal companion defintley mad this horrible day a little easier. Sara was so kind and sympathetic to my loss and made everything smooth. Very nice selection of urn and memorabilia to keep the remains of our fur babies. I was able to pick up my daisy the next day as opposed to waiting a week or so. Will defintley use their services if needed in the future

(March 4, 2019, 8:20 am)Loyal companion pet Cremation I am so glad i took my loving gray there that Sadly past Feb.16 they treated me with total Respect and my cat Gray they set things up so nice gave me Private Viewing time with my Gray that i luved so much for 16 years and i was Guaranteed to get my cat Ashes back which i felt so good about that.very nice staff there very Respectful to u and giv u private time there to i do VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and u will fill better to u did and thanks to every one at Loyal Companion????❤❤❤❤❤

(February 21, 2019, 1:15 pm)Was ripped off by a popular crematorium years ago called PEACEFUL PET PASSAGE. LOYAL COMPANION was very reasonable and cordial. Don't believe those others that say they're the only ones that cremate better. Trust this company....wish I'd known them years ago....

(February 20, 2019, 10:45 am)The staff at Loyal Companion Pet Cremation were so warm and welcoming in a time of heartfelt pain and darkness. They walked us through all of the steps of what and how things would happen. There were so many options to choose, from urns to private viewings, to tribute pages etc. Not only were they professional, but they truly helped us in knowing we made the right choice for our beloved companion, Shadow! We will CERTAINLY be spreading the word! Many thanks to everyone, especially Sara D. & Kristin N. who comforted us the through the whole process!
