Dr Prince and his staff are excellent in almost every way. I have been seeing him for almost 15 years. It can be difficult sometimes to get an appointment due to his office being busy all the time. Besides that Dr Prince takes the time to not only help with the reason youre there but to also get to know you on a personal level. His staff, especially Nurse Lee are compassionate and enthusiastic and listen to your every need and concern. Its especially nice how, no matter how busy they are, they take their time with every patient and dont appear to be rushed at all.
I’m rating a 5 for Dr prince and Stacy Gibson along with 2 nurses I wont throw out there but I have left drs know who you are. Anyways the doctor care and quality is 5 star but the office is luck if it hangs on to a 2. The phone machine is constantly on, so you leave a message and more times than not they don’t call back, you have to recall. I called Monday for a script I needed on Wednesday. So Wednesday I called and was asked who I spoke with because it was never given to Doctor. Hmmmm red flag. Then when you do call for an emergency/last minute appointment there aren’t any or they make you feel like your not sick). I transferred 2 friends my daughter and now my on/gyn services up to the office in hopes things get better. Finding a good doctor is hard to find and the staff is a reflection on them. So be more polite on the phone. Make people feel like they matter. People just want to be heard. If you can’t either take the day off or find another line of work

Doctor Prince is a fantastic Doctor who actually saved our sons life when he was 6 weeks old. He personally called John's Hopkins to setup the emergency surgery that our son needed. That was 13 years ago and our entire family has been with him since. He listens to your concerns and also does a great job of following up too. Highly recommend Doctor Prince and his practice!
