Patrick was such a blessing for us this week. Our pipes burst and I called him the day after Christmas and he was able to come later that day to fix them. He kept at it into the evening as pipe after pipe burst on top of him getting him soaked, until they were all fixed. He did it all with a cheerful attitude and determination to get us water that night. We are so grateful for him!

We had a plumber that was tossing us all around leaving us with no water for over 5 days. They finally made a date to come give us a quote. We leave work early to be on time and no on is there. As we call phones are off and no one answers. We called PMD plumbing and he could be there in 30 minutes. The other plumber shows so we let him give us the quote and PMD plumber turned around and came back after they left since we asked and went above and beyond to find the source of where our leak was. He will be back within 48 hours to get us up and operating. His wife was making dinner and he stayed until he found the source at our house and we couldn’t be more grateful. We will be calling him for all our future needs. I just wish he was the first plumber I called for the leak then maybe we wouldn’t have gone a week with no water while having a ten month old and being pregnant.

PMD plumbing did an amazing job upgrading my HVAC. Stephen and his crew replaced my original unit that struggled to cool my home each summer with a dual system that now makes my home cool and comfortable regardless of the temperature outside. I worked with Steve from PMD he originally came out for a repair however my unit was 21 years old and beyond repair. Steve tried several times to rectify the issues I was having before finally saying that the entire system needed replaced. He quoted the job and and within 10 days had the unit delivered to my home and completed the install. He and his crew were very friendly and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need and would highly recommend Steve.
