Estes is usually on time for scheduled pick ups when John is the driver. If someone else is scheduled, it is uncertain they will pick up on time. KUDOS for John. -

(April 5, 2019, 1:53 pm)I ordered a shed kit online, which was supposed to be delivered to my door within 10 business days. It was 2 days late leaving the manufacturer and, as a result, was not supposed to make it to my house before the weekend. I called the local Estes Express terminal Thursday morning, after the shed kit arrived, to ask if there was anything that could be done to get it here on Friday because I had help lined up on Saturday to move the three massive boxes from my driveway into my backyard, and to start assembling the shed. Erica in customer service could not have been kinder or more helpful. At her request, the dock manager agreed to deliver the shed to me Friday, rather than sending it to their residential delivery team, which would have taken an extra business day and not completed delivery before Monday. It’s now Friday and the delivery driver just left. He was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond by offering to place the boxes in my garage since it is raining. Everything went off smoothly, without a hitch, and Estes salvaged my weekend construction plans! I could not be more pleased with the service I received! Great job!
