Pete Thorpe was recommended to us by a realtor friend when my wife and I were looking to move to Pennsylvania. After reaching out to Pete, he immediately took my call and spent some time getting to know what type of home my family was in the market for and the general areas where we were searching. We later learned from the seller that Pete's calm but assuring professionalism was inspiration to the seller to stand strong in the face of the third party problem which was resolved in the mutual favor of us and the seller in a matter of three days.
