  I am near completion of Physical Therapy at Select Physical Therapy (SPT) in Hanover, PA, for severe arthritic pain in my shoulders. Referred by my physician I have found SPT to be highly professional and extremely competent in helping me with this problem. My principal therapist, Joann Lafferty, has directed a systematic process teaching me how to deal with this affliction outside of the PT process. She has been an excellent communicator in letting me know what my realistic expectations should be. PT will not cure the problem but will make it manageable. I can now do things that a month ago caused me pain on the level of 7 to 8 on a scale of 10. I can now minimize my discomfort using the exercises she and other staff members have taught me. I want to thank SPT, Joann and Susan and Diane who have assisted in my therapy treatments. I highly recommend anyone in the area that needs PT to go to SPT.

  I would definitely recommend Select physical therapy to anyone who needs these services. The staff are always so nice and helpful. The therapist take there time and listen to what you need. They do not make you do anymore than you can handle. My experience so far has been beyond what I expected. So if anyone needs physical therapy this would be the first place I would choose

  I have enjoyed my time at Select Physical Therapy in Hanover, PA. My therapist, Susan, has really given me a workout trying to get the muscles built back up in my right leg. I was falling quite a bit and making my leg stronger seems to be helping. Susan is very friendly and easy to work with. Becky, the evaluation therapist is good to work with too, she is very thorough. One other thing I like is that the therapist stays with you while you are doing the exercises. I have been to other therapy where they go off and leave you and you have to wait for them to begin again. I would recommend this Physical Therapy facility.
