“From the moment you walk in until you leave, all the staff is so friendly, welcoming and professional. Very clean, comfortable and modern facility. They made my braces installation in Jan 2018 as smooth and easy as possible for me. Explained everything very well and was very thorough as each step went along, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone works together to help each other and they show such great team work. When I had some adjustments being needed a day after my install last year, Dr Shoe came in special an evening after hours to make adjustments so I was comfortable and didn't have pain and discomfort all weekend or risk hurting anything. He even came out to the car afterwards to introduce himself and talk to my husband as well. How many places or Dr's would come in like that and stay and talk, too? I can't say enough good things about Dr Shoe, the staff and the service they provide. They truly are a fantastic office and I am so glad my dentist referred me there. I am honored to be one of their adult patients and will recommend them to anyone needing their services! Keep up the great work, guys!!!”

“I called Above and Beyond on March 4, 2019 because of a severe toothache. They got me set up for an appointment for 8:30 this morning (the very next day). I go back Thursday to have the bad teeth extracted. Not only are they efficient, but I am super happy that the entire staff that I have met so far, stand true to the practice name. Above and Beyond Dentistry really goes the extra mile for their patients in need. I am a brand new patient and this is what they’ve done for me already. “Dr. Manning is the very best ENT. He's old school, stays up on the latest research and procedures and cares about his patients. He has performed multiple surgeries on me, as well as helped me deal with years of chronic infection. He's also cared for other members of my family. He caught an early cancer in my husband and saved his life. You will find no greater ENT in the area. If he can't help you he will set you up with who you need to see. He goes above and beyond, more than any other doctor. He has a wonderful office staff that are kind, courteous, and helpful. Has nice, clean offices with plenty of parking in Hanover and Gettysburg that are handicapped accessible.”

The staff from registration forward are pleasant and efficient. Appointments were available when needed. Rescheduling is not an issue though the office seems to always be busy.
