  An honest and fair attorney!
  Initially, I contacted Attorney Ilkhanoff about an incident, seeking his advice and possibly interested in having him represent me. However, after explaining the details of my situation, he was very upfront and honest, and advised me that he didn't feel that I had a case, giving me a thorough explanation as to why this was not necessary.
  Because of my trust in his judgement, I did return to utilize his services at a later date for a totally unrelated situated, ending with a very positive outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Ilkhanoff, as well as his staff, who were so accommodating and patient..

  What a pleasant experience! It is so refreshing to call a law office and find the staff to be so very helpful. Attorney Ilkhanoff was so kind and patient, especially answering my many questions. He actually listened and didn’t take over our discussions. I felt very comfortable meeting with both he and his partner, Attorney Silverstein.   When my husband and I found ourselves party to an issue regarding a family farm that was promised to my husband on numerous occasions, we knew we needed to find legal representation. Bernie always seemed to be thinking of the next angle and Cara was right there researching! After 8 1/2 long years (mostly due to the inability of the other party to make decisions and move on the case), we finally have resolution! Bernie, Cara and Leslie were with us every step of the way and even though it was a very difficult case, they helped us through. There were many trying times, and we always felt supported and understood. If you ever find yourself in a situation of needing representation, I would highly recommend Ilkanoff & Silverstein!

  Divorce is a rough process to go through. Attorney Ilkhanoff, paralegal Cara McLain, and Leslie (office manager) supported me through every step without fail. From being a friendly voice on the phone, to having my back when things took a tough turn, and everything in between, they were there for me 100%.
  
  Although they are the definition of professionalism, they make you feel like family from the beginning, instead of just another client with a checkbook. For anyone with any legal issue, that is a comforting feeling.
