(July 24, 2020, 2:55 pm)Just wanted to share some good feedback received from my spouse today. She took a white blazer in with green dry erase marker (from my 4 year old) to be cleaned. After a week they called to tell us they needed more time. My spouse went to pick up the jacket today and found that because the jacket was new and still had a tag on it, that somehow it turned blue... Not thrilled about this. However, the good news is that without even batting an eye the owner gave my wife, in cash, the dollar amount paid for the original purchase of the jacket. Kudos to you for excellent customer service.
