  Last fall I joined their "Fall Back to Fitness" 6 week program. It was a group program for those who wanted to get back into shape. I felt welcomed and very comfortable there. The trainers are all excellent and genuinely care about your health. They motivate you without screaming or yelling at you. They make sure you use proper body mechanics and stay safe as well as healthy. The gym is also open 24/7, 365 so you can go as you please. They have daily group exercise for an hour several times a day, 6 days a week with a trainer. Excellent program! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else

  I like this gym a lot. It is clean and well organized. The people - staff and other members - are friendly and the equipment is well kept. I've been going here for just over a year and think I'll be a member there for a long time to come - can't think of any reason to give it less than 5 stars.
