During my visit I had the pleasure of working with Rod, he went above and beyond to meet my needs while respecting my budget. He was professional, thorough, and made the entire experience stress-free. If you are in the market for a new bed, definitely check this place out and look for Rob. He’s pretty amazing !

We never felt rushed or pressured. He showed us the best type in several price ranges to chose from. Refreshingly, the whole experience was enjoyable. Would highly recommend mattress warehouse and especially Chuck! Thank you Chuck!

(March 2, 2019, 10:50 am)We loved how we were tested for how we sleep so we can have choice of perfect mattress matches. Then having Rod go through each mattress with us to try was great. It's best to know how they actually feel. Chuck finished us up on getting our bed on the way to us & he was very helpful as well. Thank you both & we can't wait for a great night sleep!!

(February 23, 2019, 12:35 am)We decided it was time to invest in a good mattress and replace our cheap one. After checking reviews, we decided on Mattress Warehouse in Shrewsbury. It was a smart choice, zero regrets! Truthfully, we were dreading having to deal with salespeople and high pressure... we were pleasantly surprised to find none of that here!!
Rod was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patient. We did the bed match (highly recommend), which gave us some great suggestions. Working off of that, Rod showed us a few beds, helped us narrow down the options and then was polite enough to let us discuss it alone to make a choice.
Having the option to finance was definitely helpful as well. Delivery was only two days later - they were courteous, quick and clean. We love our new bed!
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish and we confidently recommend the store if you're in need of a new mattress.
