Doctor Flowers is very knowledgeable about his craft. The staff is very professional. Nice quiet waiting room.

They all seem to be either a 1 or a 5 star review! No middle ground here.
The one stars are from 5-6 months ago or a year ago. It looks almost like someone was doing a vendetta against York ENT! Post a bunch of bad reviews since you were mad at them for some reason!
I'm just a patient. Not friends with anyone that works there. Don't know anyone who works there.
I had a "Dizzy" inner ear thing. Made my appointment - the receptionist was very pleasant. was seen very close to my appointment time. The Doctor was not rushing, he was professional, and my personal favorite - he actually talked TO me instead of AT me.
Don't know what everyone else complained about. I did not experience it, and have not seen it the times I've been there.
In my honest opinion, the negative reviews are unwarranted!
(May 29, 2019, 4:15 pm)The issue with my throat was found quickly. Medication followed as well as voice therapy at Wellspan. I was given good direction and following their direction has paid off.
