I have been here over 2 years and have nothing negative to say about office or maintenance staff. They are professional, friendly and responsive to service requests. The only downside is they are a liitle pricier than other apartment complexes in York. This is usually what drives people to move out, but their units and grounds are very well maintenanced.
I was a resident at Camelot Arms a few years ago and it was a great experience. Office staff was responsive and always friendly. Maintenance was wonderful and the grounds were always nicely kept. It was conveniently close to my work, grocery stores and restaurants.
