Absolutely GREAT service! The owners work there. They talk to you, and make each costumer feel welcomed. The price is a little more but if you allow your clothes to be cleaned here then you will understand. Perfect, EVERY TIME!!!!!!
I live on the west side of town, but I go out of my way to Hong Kong Cleaners because I've found they're that far above the local competition. I always know my items are well cared for and the team is very personable, a pleasure to visit. They even remember I like my shirts tagged only and, unlike other dry cleaners I've tried in York, they happily oblige my request. You won't be disappointed with their work!

PRIDE..... is the 1 word that comes to mind when I consider providing an accurate description of this business, and the level of service provided by them; demonstrated through a striking, repeated display of attentiveness to each and every single detail. I have never been to a facility that provides such a pleasantly consistent experience- from the friendly way that you're greeted EVERY single time that you walk in, to the small things that they do because it just makes SENSE (pressing/folding the French cuffs up so that they hang properly.....the 2nd button on shirts is always buttoned, because it's just better that way). If you prefer to be treated as an individual, a friend, and not just a number on a piece of paper, this is the right cleaner for you
