This was my first timing from Thornton Automotive. The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable at the small shop near Renegades in York, right off of Route 30. The Sales team was determined and was able to get me approved. Thanks to Brad and Ron, they made it happen. I would buy from them again, if I am in the market for a vehicle. Our family’s relationship with Thornton Automotive York (Whiteford Road) started in the winter of 2016.  We worked with Jennifer Sims to purchase a Jeep for my wife.  The vehicle was well-described and well-maintained.  Jennifer and her crew made the buying process fun and we’ve been very happy with the vehicle and the top-notch level of service that we’ve received at Thornton over the past two years.

Fast forward to winter of 2019.  A vehicle we purchased from another dealer was on its last leg.  We turned to Jennifer and the Thornton team again.  

The tautomotive.com website was super detailed and user-friendly making preliminary research much easier than other dealer sites.  This time around when we were ready to test-drive a few vehicles, we had the service of Jennifer AND Ben to rely on as we worked through the process to our new-to-us Mazda CX-9.  

We shopped a few other dealers, but we headed back to Whiteford Road pretty quickly.  The level of service and attention to detail that our family receives from the folks at Thornton is unmatched.
