  As usual very good pretzels but wish they would offer the ones with raisins and cinnamon sugar with icing at all locations.

  My food was disgusting, burnt, and freezing cold. There was barely any seasoning on it and they put to much sugar!!! There was only like 2 people working there and took like 5 people to make my food. I'm EXTREMELY angry and DISAPPOINTED!!! ALL I WANTED WAS SOME PRETZEL NUGGETS!!!!!!.....
  but overall it was pretty good
