  A wide variety of group classes and equipment. I have liked every instructor I have had there. My husband is impressed with the equipment they have. The pool may be small but it's still long enough and serviceable. I like the other services they off too like the kids club, cardio cinema, and smoothies. They aren't quite as cleanliness oriented as my last gym, but they aren't dirty. Also they had some temperature/humidity problems this summer but they are working on them since they are fairly new to the location. Happy I switched here.

  Gold's Gym York Galleria has a lot to offer from a pool, Saunas, Spa, Cardio Cinema to GGX Classes, Kids Club, Smoothie Bar, Pro Shop & much more.

  I've been a member of Gold's Gym since the late 90s gave up for a while but now I'm back and I love going to the different locations enjoy my workouts the personal trainers are a little pricey but if you can afford it go for it they're terrific at their job

  Nice, clean, organized gym! I especially enjoy the GGX classes!!! They have great instructors that give awesome energy to the classes with fun music & dynamic! ????????????

  Clean and updated facilities. Staff is helpful and polite. Even the personal trainers will help with questions about your workouts although they are reserved specifically for their own paying clients. Separate rooms for spin classes, yoga, etc. The Galleria gym offers child care, 4-lane pool, hot tub and sauna.
