“Sales Dept. is phenomenal. Knew exactly what we wanted & set us up for everything we needed (quite quickly) when we bought our car almost 3 years ago. Every option was covered for us to choose what "sales & service package" we wanted. Service Dept. is excellent. Everything is always handled professionally and I get all the details & options for any maintenance needed during a scheduled appointment. Billing Dept. is knowledgeable and helpful. Both AT The York Auto Group location AND online. The car wash HOWEVER...it's decent, but several bugs need to be worked out in the autowash part of the garage...STILL...54 washes "on the house" from the dealership is great (we only ever use less than 1/2 of them), but equipment troubles and MOST TIMES...availability for the free carwash (one can sometimes wait an hour) can be a challenge if the cars in the lot are scheduled for washing. STILL...the car lot staff tries to push customers through the carwash FIRST recently...over the cars in the lot for sale that are scheduled for washing...which has been a time saving PLUS for customers on-the-go. A VERY solid 4STARS (4&3/4 if I could give that rating)...& well deserved.”

Even though there was a location nearer to our home, we chose to start with the Galleria location because it appeared to have the most positive reviews. I can now confirm the reviews. We worked with Travis and Scott -- both of whom were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a good job of selling their products without overselling (which would have driven us out of the store). All aspects of the sale went smoothly -- and delivery took place on the stated day within the stated time-frame. I frankly dreaded the process of mattress shopping -- but this experience was painless and (surprisingly) enjoyable. I would recommend this specific location to others and it will be our first stop should we need a new mattress in the future.”

I was able to purchase a twin mattress and have it loaded into my car in under 15 minutes. After taxes, I paid just under $150. The owner and helped me load the mattress into my car that was kind enough to offer to deliver it himself if I could not get it to fit. I definitely recommend the store and I’m very thankful I stayed away from some of the larger franchise stores in York.”
